Official transcripts must be sent directly to PCU-WHS from the issuing institution. 

Flexible admissions: You may provide unofficial or copies of official transcripts for your preliminary assessment. However, once you and PCU’s PLAR Coordinator agree to submit your application for a final assessment, you will be required to request that official transcripts be sent directly to PCU-WHS from the issuing institution. 

Digital Official Transcripts: Applicants are required to request the issuing institution to send digital transcripts to [email protected] . 

Hardcopy Official Transcripts: Applicants are required to request the issuing institution to send hardcopy transcripts to:
