Scott Lunny is Director, District 3 for the United Steelworkers (USW) which is the largest geographic district covering Canada’s four western provinces and its three northern territories. Scott has a degree in industrial relations from UBC and attended the Harvard University Trade Union Program. He began his career with the IWA as a national staff representative, researcher and communications officer and was actively involved in the planning and implementation of the merger with the Steelworkers. At the USW he was a staff representative working with the USW Wood Council on forest policy issues, and coordinating numerous legislative and political campaigns.
