Nicole is a senior disability management specialist, working in a unionized environment in British Columbia. Nicole specializes in working with unionized employees within a collective agreement, and the accommodation process. She also works closely with WorkSafe and LTD files on a daily basis. Her passion lies in assisting employees who were on leave to be successful in the workplace, in whatever way that may look like.  Nicole has worked with external disability management organizations as well as internally as part of the greater HR team. Nicole has over 25 years of experience in health and wellness and is a published author. She enjoys hiking and spending time with her family.
