Michelle Beehari, MEd, BA (Honours), CDMP, is Founder and CEO of MB Consulting and Training. She has a Master of Education in Open, Digital and Distance Education from Athabasca University, Diploma in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours from the University of Toronto. She is a Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) and is a trained auditor using the Consensus-Based Disability Management Audit (CBDMA). Michelle was with the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) of Ontario for over 20 years working in various roles throughout her career such as Adjudicator, Return to Work Specialist, Case Manager, Skills Development Manager, and Learning and Development Specialist. Michelle was also a Cognitive Behavioural Field Consultant with King’s Health Centre in Toronto. Through her organization she assists in alleviating the human and economic impact of disability by seeking proactive workplace solutions through in-depth knowledge, best practices and cost-effective programs, and by focusing on the operations and facilitation of positive alliances and teamwork with all key stakeholders.
