Wendy Coduti

Dr. Wendy Coduti joined Prudential in 2022 with 20+ years of experience centered on disability in the workplace and mental health. She earned her master’s degree in labor relations/human resource management and doctorate in rehabilitation counselor education from Michigan State University. Before joining Prudential, Dr. Coduti was an associate professor at Penn State University and worked in industry managing leaves and owned a private vocational rehabilitation practice. As a Regional Director with Prudential’s Health and Productivity Analytics and Consulting practice, Dr. Coduti combines her academic background and industry expertise to help employers increase productivity and lower absenteeism by analyzing disability trends and developing effective solutions. She serves on multiple advisory committees and boards that focus on employee health and benefit optimization.
