
Dianna St-Pierre is an Occupational Therapist who graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. Early in her career, she developed a strong interest in disability management, leading her to earn the Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) designation in 2013 and the advanced CDMP-E designation in 2026. She continues to integrate both her OT and CDMP(-E) designations in practice, leveraging the complementary strengths of each. With more than 25 years of professional experience, Dianna has specialized in injured worker rehabilitation and return-to-work programming across diverse environments, including private and public sectors, unionized and non-unionized settings, and organizations ranging from small businesses to large corporations. In her current role as Senior Manager, Disability Management & Workers’ Compensation, Dianna leads Disability Management and Employee Wellness services for a large corporation based in Moncton, New Brunswick. Dianna has also contributed to the advancement of the profession through governance and academic engagement. She was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Canadian Society of Professionals in Disability Management (CSPDM) in 2018 and has served as Industry Representative on the Academic Council for PCW-WHS since 2023.
