Deborah Clarke, MA (Leadership), BSc (Biology) is National Labour Servicing Representative for the Canadian Union of Public Employees. She has a MA in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University, a BSc degree in Biology from the University of Victoria, and a Certificate in Disability Management from Dalhousie University. Deborah has been National Labour Servicing Representative for the last two years where responsibilities include to educate, promote, advise and assist local unions on issues of equity, diversity, discrimination and harassment. Previously, she was Executive Board Member of CUPE Local 2011 for over 10 years where responsibilities included facilitating accommodations and return to work plans and she was a committee member on the Occupational Health and Safety committee.
