Connie Deschamps, MBA (Executive), is Vice President, Return to Work, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) of Ontario. Her MBA (Executive) is from Simon Fraser University and her BA is from Laurentian University. She joined the WSIB in 2025 following a career of having held senior positions with organizations working in the field of Disability Management and Return to Work including positions at the University of British Columbia, the BC Public Service, Acclaim Ability Management, Mercer, Lifemark Health Inc., SGI Canada, and she held the position of Director, Disability, Life & Underwriting at Pacific Blue Cross.
