Dulce Felix, GDL, LLM (Candidate), BA (Honours), RTWDM, CDMP, is a Learning and Development Specialist with the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) of Ontario. She is a Candidate for a Masters in Constitutional Law from Osgood Hall Law School, has a Graduate Diploma of Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from York University. She is a Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP). Dulce has been working for the WSIB of Ontario for over 10 years, starting as a Return to Work Specialist and is currently a Learning and Development Specialist and is Acting Chair for the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Council. As a Learning and Development Specialist, responsibilities include preparing and updating existing educational material, and re-designing return to work training programs based on evolving needs and strategy. As Acting Chair of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Council, responsibilities include development of internal EDI strategy and strategies to address the EDI mandate.
