
Dr. Anne Rosken is a professor and consultant in business administration, specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Human Resource Management, Health Management, and Leadership.
She is an Expert in the Academic Network of European Disability Experts (University of Leeds, European Commission) and teaches and conducts research at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) and Pacific Coast University for Workplace Health Sciences, BC. Additionally, she serves as a board member of the scientific think tank “Focus50Plus,” affiliated with the Swiss Employers’ Confederation, and acts as a Community Ambassador for the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, EU Proximity, and the Social Economy Platform on behalf of the European Commission.
Throughout her career, Anne Rosken has published numerous academic articles and carried out a wide range of research projects in the field of disability management. As a speaker, keynote presenter, and panelist, she regularly presents at international conferences across Europe and North America. Previously, she served as a Professor of Human Resource Management and Qualitative Research Methods at the University of Hamburg, as well as a Board Member, Director, and Professor of Diversity and Disability Studies—alongside Qualitative Research Methods—at the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (Austria).
