Participants in this online course will review the Code of Practice for Disability Management and explore the organizational structures, policies, procedures and activities that are required to meet the standards outlined in the Code. Course activities will span 2 weeks and require an estimated 22 hours of study activity including reading, participation in online discussion exercises, and an assignment. This course is designed for people who have a strong background in disability management and return to work. At minimum DMCCA in the Disability Management Practitioner Program (DMPP) or an equivalent background is required. This course has been endorsed for Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) and Certified Return to Work Coordinator (CRTWC) professional development. The number of continuing education credit hours that can be claimed for this course is 22 hours.
